Poster Presentation Competition Guidelines

The Poster Presentation Competition aims to encourage researchers and students to present and exchange their research progress through poster presentations. A review committee will be organized to evaluate the posters and recognize outstanding presentations. 

1. Registration Information

Presenters entering the Poster Presentation Awards must submit their abstracts before the Abstract Submission Deadline and select “Poster” as the Presenting Type during abstract submission.

2. Grading Information

• Poster presentation time and location will be announced later.
• Participants must be present at their posters and respond to questions during the poster session.
• The committee will evaluate poster presentation scores and determine the final list of award recipients.
• Detailed evaluation criteria will be announced later.

4. Poster Information

• All posters must be prepared in English.
• Poster size: A1 (60 cm width × 85 cm height).
